Compliance Analytics Role - BFSI

To play a pivotal role in ensuring the bank's adherence to regulatory guidelines by identifying potential compliance risks, and supporting the development and implementation of data-driven compliance strategies. Your expertise will contribute to enhancing the bank's risk management capabilities and maintaining a strong compliance culture.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Compliance Analytics Strategy: Develop and execute a robust Compliance Analytics strategy that aligns with the bank's overall compliance objectives. Leverage data analytics and advanced technologies to identify and assess potential compliance risks.

2. Regulatory Compliance Monitoring: Oversee the monitoring of regulatory compliance across various business units and processes. Ensure the timely identification of any deviations or potential non-compliance issues, and initiate appropriate corrective actions.

3. Data Analysis and Reporting: Lead data-driven analysis of compliance-related data to extract actionable insights and trends. Prepare comprehensive compliance reports and presentations for senior management and regulatory authorities.
