Compliance Advisory Role - Retail Liabilities - Bank

A. Position Purpose

Compliance Advisory Official: The primary objective of the role:

1. Review of new products as well as modifications of existing products (pertaining to Retail Liabilities) submitted to the Product Approval Committee.

2. Review of SOPs as well as modifications of existing SOPs (pertaining to Retail Liabilities).

3. Reviewing the new regulations and advising stakeholders on the actionable.

4. Reviewing the controls proposed by business/operations for compliance with regulations.

5. Advising business/Operations teams from regulatory perspective on their queries, marketing material, customer communications, etc.

Position Responsibilities:

Sr. Key Responsibilities :

1 1. Demonstrate good compliance risk awareness across different business segments.

2. Keep abreast of regulatory developments or other matters affecting the business activities, systems and controls.

3. Liaising with the regulators on implementation of the regulatory guidelines.

4. Thorough understanding of regulatory guidelines and the risk emanating out of it.

5. Provide clarifications on the queries raised by the various stakeholders basis on regulatory issues.
