Opening for complaint Resolution Leader
- Taking care of service request's execution team complaints related to Speed, Accessibility, Data Service and Configuration related complaints coming to Backend.
- Responsible for the entire Internet related issues and co-ordination with cross vertical functions & Network team.
- Ensuring that all the products related to DATA gets launched after successful UAT only (User Acceptance Test) as to avoid any probable complaints.
- Tracking the daily complaints and work around to reduce the same with necessary process and product corrections.
- Regular briefings to be sent to field team across Gujarat and Call center teams for inaccurate tagging's done.
- Processing Services Reconciliations as per Corporate Teams request.
