Job Description :
- A you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company's total rewards programs and strategies which will contribute to attracting, retaining, and motivating our talented workforce
- Drive, strengthen and manage the performance management process of the Organisation to establish a performance driven culture in the Organisation
- Manage, review, develop and maintain all people policies and HR budgets
- Develop and execute a comprehensive total rewards strategy along with Head- Talent Management which should be aligned with the organization's overall objectives and business strategy.
- Conduct compensation surveys, market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive Total rewards programme.
- Oversee the administration of employee benefits and policies.
- Lead the Performance Management program of the Organisation.
- Prepare and manage the annual budget for Talent Management and Manpower Budget.
