Compensation Specialist

- 5-10 yrs exp with minimum 5 years of relevant compensation experience. Should have worked in India compensation market.

- Understand and analyze benefits and compensation trends in the market and divisions (through dialogue with divisional HCM, business leaders and comp consultants, data analysis, business plans, market trends etc.)

- Good at Excel and reports and numbers/data.

- Very good communication/presentation skill is a must.

- Good pedigree companies and education preferred.
