2. SF Compensation valid certification is advantage
3. Domain experience 0 to 2 yrs (HR Generalist / Executive) added advantage
4. Must be aware of End-to-End HR business process

6. Education Qualification: 10 + 2 + 3 (BBA / BCA / MCA / BE / BTech / MTech / BSc / BCom)

9. Experience : 4-8 years
10. Two End to End Implementation Experience
11. Mandatory to go to client office (anywhere in PAN India)

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Creation of Compensation Plan Templates
2. Designing Compensation Worksheet as per requirement
3. Compensation eligibility rules , Merit & Lumpsum guidelines
4. Custom EC Fields & Standard EC Fields mapping to compensation template .
5. PM finalised rating integration to the compensation template
6. Adjusting Executive Review , Incentive Plan Templates, Launching worksheets
7. Compensation statements & combined statements
8. Creation & Maintenance of Canvas & Adhoc Reports as per the requirements.
9. Approval Workflows for Compensation Forms
10. Prepared year proration on metric weighting and bonus target amount for plan period.
11. Prepare lookups and salary pay ranges
12. Support on both employee central and compensation integration.
13. Making salary pay matrix, compo ratio, Range penetration.
14. Created eligibility rules by using employee central integration.
