- PMS
- Organization Design Job evaluation and analysis
- Custodian of the Businesses responsible for manpower planning and budgeting organization design, job evaluation, performance management, employee policies and information systems.
Oversee HRIS :
- Domain expertise of Performance & Rewards, and helping organization with various aspects of Reward Strategy, Sales Incentive Plans, Recognition programs and Equity Plans.
- Salary benchmark surveys and annual reviews
- MBA HR ( full-time only ) from Tier I/II Institutes with exp in C& B from Large MNCs and Indian Companies, HR Consulting firms specializing in Rewards with 8-12 years exp
Comp up to 55 lakhs
