- Lead policy revisions basis benchmark survey and market data

- SPOC for HRBPs and HR services on queries related to policies, reward processes

- International Mobility champion

- C&B Compliance and stuatory requirements adherence

- Vendor development and management

MBA HR 2-5 yrs exp in C+ B domain
