Our client is a leading MNC and we are looking for a professional having extensive experience in C&B.

Ideal Candidate

- Masters degree in Human Resources, Statistics or Business Management;

- 8-10 years C&B, preferably in an MNC, experience in Consultancy preferred;

- Ability to influence and affect change at the leadership level;

- Understanding of HR data and issues, analytical process & HRSS
