We are a SAAS Based Fintech Company in Bangalore

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Compensation Billing and LTIP Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and administering the compensation billing process and ensuring accurate and timely processing of Long-Term Incentive Plans. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compensation management, financial analysis, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Compensation Billing:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data on employee compensation, bonuses, and other incentive payments.

- Review and validate compensation data to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.

- Generate and distribute timely and accurate compensation statements to employees.

- Address employee inquiries related to compensation statements and provide clarification as needed.

LTIP Administration:

- Manage the end-to-end process of Long-Term Incentive Plans, including stock options, restricted stock units (RSUs), and performance-based awards.

- Work closely with HR, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure the proper documentation and administration of LTIP grants.

- Monitor and track LTIP vesting schedules and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure accurate record-keeping.

- Generate reports and analysis related to LTIP performance and participation for management review.

Compliance and Auditing:

- Stay informed about changes in compensation laws and regulations, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal requirements.

- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate compensation-related audits and reviews.

Technology Utilization:

- Utilize compensation management and HRIS (Human Resources Information System) tools to streamline processes and maintain accurate records.

- Implement improvements to systems and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

- Conduct market research to analyze industry compensation trends.

- Collaborate with external consultants to benchmark the organization's compensation structure.

- Design and implement a competitive and fair compensation framework aligned with organizational goals.

Benefits Administration:

- Administer employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other fringe benefits.

- Evaluate and recommend changes to existing benefit plans to remain competitive and cost-effective.

- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and regulations related to benefits.

ESOP Management:

- Develop, implement, and manage Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs).

- Communicate ESOP details to employees and provide guidance on participation.

- Collaborate with finance and legal teams to ensure ESOP compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Utilize statistical methods to assess employee performance and distribute ratings on a bell curve.

- Work closely with HR and management to ensure a fair and transparent bell curve distribution.

- Provide insights into performance trends and recommend adjustments as needed.

Compensation Alignment:

- Align compensation decisions with the outcomes of the bell curve analysis.

- Collaborate with HR and leadership to ensure that high performers are appropriately rewarded.

- Provide guidance on compensation adjustments based on performance ratings.

Data Management:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee performance and compensation data.

- Utilize HRIS (Human Resources Information System) to track and manage performance-related information.

- Generate reports and dashboards to communicate performance and compensation trends.

Communication and Training:

- Communicate the bell curve methodology and its implications to employees and managers.

- Develop training programs to help managers conduct effective performance evaluations.

- Address inquiries and concerns related to performance ratings and compensation.

Continuous Improvement:

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. Relevant certifications in performance management are a plus.
