1. Key Result Areas:
1. C&B :
- Propose & review implementations in the benefits & payroll to remain competitive.
- Support Budget Exercise for the organization.
- Managing the Insurance policies and Mediclaim for all employees.
- Lead & support roll out of new benefits, HR projects with necessary HR communications.
2. HR Ops & Analytics:
- Prepare HR analytics and dashboard / Reports - Attrition, HC, Costs, budgets, manpower etc.
- Review of existing HR policies and drafting of new policies for the organization.
- Oversee maintenance of all internal HR systems and HR databases and SuccessFactors.
- Participation in internal and external audit processes from time to time.
- Support Global HRBP's to help in any regional data requirements for India.
- Drive along with HRBP's local employee surveys and supporting the global employee surveys.
3. PMS:
- Playing a significant role in driving the PMS cycle for the organization along with GM's and HRBP's for India.
- Support on salary reviews based on market and sector-specific benchmarking to ensure competitiveness.
- Plan year end and off-cycle merit plans, AIP communications and benefits according to company requirement & agreed terms & policies.
