- Design and implement compensation strategy.
- Develop and implement performance management system.
- Initiating Compensation restructuring exercise.
- Analyzing gap, budgeting and align compensation as per business strategy.
- Strong partnering with the HR Team and Delivery Functions.

- Full time MBA from a premier institute with 6+Years of Relevant Experience in Compensation & Benefits.
