HR Performance and Rewards Manager
MBA HR from Tier I/ II HR institutes Regular 2 years full time degree course
Role is to handle :
- Driving and implementing Regional Performance and compensation review cycles
- Structuring compensation and benefits packages and measure their success
- Market awareness, Benchmarking compensation and relationship with Survey agencies
- Job evaluations, levelling and career framework
- Special HR projects & HRIS
Designing Packages and Job offers
- knowledge of global mobility, expat programs and Long term incentives
Payroll Management :
- 8 years of relevant experience in compensation analyst/consultant role
- Fairness, Curiosity and passion is a must
- Strong business knowledge and be a trusted advisor for HR business partners, business leaders and global counterparts
- Strong analytical skills, mastery of Excel and PowerPoint, Making informed decisions based on data and statistics
- Working knowledge of SAP or any HRIS Systems
- strong communication, analytical and project management skills
- Deep subject matter expertise in one or more of the following compensation disciplines: salary and incentive plan design and administration, international compensation, equity compensation, executive pay
CTC : 25 lacs
