Job Objective

- To Support Head C&B in Managing C&B Processes and Driving C&B Governance at India Region Level.

Primary Responsibilities

- Prepares data for compensation and benefits analyses

- Cleans reported data and checks the quality of data

- Does Benefits Analytics and Support Head C&B in taking process and strategic decisions

- Keeps Abreast of Regulatory Changes and Keeps the team informed on the same.

- Develops Tools and Templates for C&B and Workforce Analytics for driving C&B Processes and Strategic Decisions

- Tracks Policy Usage of C&B Policies, measure and quantifies Impact.
