Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, bonus plans, and incentive programs.
- Conduct compensation benchmarking , market research and analysis to ensure our compensation and benefits packages remain competitive within the industry.
- Manage the annual salary review process, including budgeting, salary surveys, and performance evaluations.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on compensation and benefits metrics, trends, and recommendations.
Requirement:
Education - MBA
Preferred - Real Estate
