Job Description - This is an IC role responsible for designing, managing & executing compensation and benefits programs. This involves analyzing workforce data and supporting the delivery of people analytics to aid strategic decision making.

Description:

Compensation & Benefits Program Design and Execution:

- Design, manage, and execute compensation and benefits programs, including policy development, compensation benchmarking, and reviews.

- Collaborate with external consultants and internal leaders to ensure alignment with organizational goals.


- Oversee the annual compensation cycle from start to finish.


Data Reporting & Analysis:

- Prepare routine, ad-hoc,andcustomized reports to support business priorities and reporting requirements.

- Key areas: Attrition, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, and people strategy analysis.

- Source, clean, visualize, and interpret data to provide actionable insights for multi-level stakeholders.

- Utilize AI to drive efficiency in people-related processes and decision-making.


Research & Decision Support:

- Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and prepare project briefs.

- Provide data-driven recommendations to support informed decision-making and strategic planning.


Leadership & Advisory:

- Advise and guide the leadership team by interpreting complex workforce data and metrics.

- Offer recommendations on compensation practices and organizational structure.


Project Management & Human Capital Initiatives:

- Manage human capital projects, ensuring timely delivery, high quality, and alignment with scope and budget.

- Drive initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness and people strategy.


Stakeholder Collaboration & Relationship Management:

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to foster collaboration and deliver optimal solutions.

Profile:

A successful 'Compensation & Benefit' candidate should have:

- Postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management

- 5-10 years of experience in a similar role


- Solution-oriented with a growth mindset; curious, eager to learn, and equipped with strong analytical and problem-solving skills


- Strong team player who collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams to overcome obstacles


- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal


- Demonstrates honesty and integrity, ensuring credibility in all communications and fostering open information flow across all levels


- Resilient and adaptable, able to adjust quickly to changing priorities and conditions, and effectively manage complexity and change



Additionally, the candidate should have:


Subject Matter Expertise & Compliance:

- Expertise in Compensation and Benefits design and execution.


- In-depth knowledge of pre- and post-IPO readiness and compliance in compensation practices.


- Experience designing and implementing competitive compensation and benefits packages for publicly traded companies.


Analytical Skills & Data Management:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on generating actionable insights from complex data sets.


- Proficiency in data management, reporting, and visualization tools.


Project Management & Communication:

- Proven track record of successful project management and initiative delivery.


- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
