Profile Description:
- Profiled expertise in C&B.
- Managing a compensation cycle (from budgeting to appraisal)
- Expertise in Excel ( pivots, vlook up, advanced formulas etc.)
- Statistical Modeling
- Budgeting exercise
- Should have created models for performance differentiations.
- Experience in compensation benchmarking.
- In-depth are your understanding of labour laws and compliances.
- Worked with Teams like Payroll/Finance.
- Experience on Sales Incentive Plan and Company Incentive Plans is a must.
- US C&B experience
- Should have handled Payroll also.
- Experience in handling handled leadership compensation.
- Experience in running an appraisal cycle all by yourself.
- Should be responsible for Benefits renewal and negotiation with service providers
Experience:
- Minimum 8 years experience required
