Roles & Responsibilities:
- Interpret and implement HR policies regarding compensation and Benefits.
- Execute annual performance appraisal, annual performance bonus, productivity linked bonus, Industry benchmark benefits and stock options as per company policy.
- Develop compensation and rewards strategies for the employees.
- Prepare HR budget and manpower cost as per annual business plan.
- Perform salary reviews based on market and sector specific benchmarking.
Required skills:
- Knowledge of preparing compensation packages and bonus programs for various departments for different grades
- Familiarity with different kinds of benefits and incentives.
- Should have experience of Job evaluation and Benefits benchmarking.
- Should have conducted at least three end to end PMS cycles.
- Strong numerical and quantitative analysis
