An product based company in Banglore it looking for a person to handle the complete C&B for them.

Profile Description

- Profiled expertise in C&B.

- Should have single Handily managed a compensation cycle (from budgeting to appraisal)

- Expertise in Excel (pivots, v look up, advanced formulas etc.)

- Statistical Modelling

- Budgeting exercise

- Should have created models for performance differentiations.

- Experience in compensation benchmarking.

- In-depth are your understanding of labour laws and compliances.

- Worked with Teams like Payroll/Finance.

- Experience on Sales Incentive Plan and Company Incentive Plans is a must.

- US C&B experience

- Should have handled Payroll also.

- Experience in handling leadership compensation.

- Experience in running an appraisal cycle all by yourself.

- Should be responsible for Benefits renewal and negotiation with service providers

Experience

- Minimum 8 years- experience required

- Immediate joiners required.
