Responsibilities:


Responsible on a global level for compensation and benefits process that will involve compensation strategy, research and benchmarking internationally. Set policy and create the framework for the compensation structure and benefits

1. Develop and execute global compensation strategies aligned with organizational goals.

2. Conduct job evaluations for accurate grading and maintain consistent salary structures.

3. Manage worldwide benefits programs, ensuring compliance and competitive offerings.

4. Design comp/benefit structures in line with local practices, handling compensation surveys and benchmarking on a global scale- Collaborate across HR, finance, and legal teams for alignment and process enhancements.

5. Evaluating C&B processes and policies to ensure they are current, competitive and in compliance with local legal and taxation rules and regulations

6. Develops and shares knowledge capital in the compensation area

7. Should be able to resolve compensation issues and independently make appropriate recommendations to the management, wherever required.

9. Lead the manpower budgeting and forecasting process across organization. Analyze / monitor variation in staff cost vis - a - vis budgets

10. Monitoring and ensuring controls based on actual and budgeted staff costs

11. Monitor budgets pertaining to HR initiatives and employee engagement

12. Structure compensation and benefits packages, and measure their success.

13. Annual increment and bonus exercise

14. Internal Customer Satisfaction index

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; Master's preferred.

- Extensive global compensation experience, including benchmarking and job evaluation.

- Strong grasp of international labor laws and regulations.

- Proficiency in quantitative analysis and effective communication.

- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and skilled in cross-functional collaboration.

- Familiarity with HRIS systems and advanced Excel proficiency.
