Job Profile:
- Designing, implementing, and managing compensation and benefits programs to attract, retain, and motivate employees.
- Compensation benchmarking.
- Oversee employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks. Ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with the performance management team to link compensation to performance through merit increases, bonuses, and incentives.
- Develop performance-based pay structures.
- Create and update compensation and benefits policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with finance and HR leadership to budget for compensation and benefits expenses, including salary increases, bonuses, and benefit plan costs.
- Data Analysis: Analyze compensation and benefits data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and cost-effectiveness.
- Use data to make informed decisions about compensation and benefits programs.
- Negotiations: Participate in salary negotiations with potential hires and support HR during labor union negotiations if applicable.
