Job Opening for Compensation & Benefits in a leading bank.
- The role holder is responsible for managing the Performance Management, Rewards-recognition and other Compensation-related processes for the entire Bank Compensation Projects
- Work on Annual Performance Review (APR) and other projects that have synergy with either performance or rewards
- Assist in compensation-based projects that include interaction with internal stakeholders like Payroll/Benefits or external stakeholders like Benchmarking consultant
Risk and Internal Control:
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that processes and systems meet regulatory and internal requirements
- Participate in departmental audits and respond to audit observations / compliance points
- Implement practices to bridge gaps identified during departmental audits
