- Facilitate the company's compensation and benefits program and the annual and mid-year plans Monitor and ensure the alignment of the organization's overall C&B structure with strategic objectives and HR vision.
- Lead the annual C&B benchmarking survey; analyze results and market trends to recommend updates, ensuring compliance with the organizational strategy Utilize market and recruitment data to provide insights and analytics to HR and business leadership on talent.
- Ensure that the Compensation Management System (Compport) is updated at all times with real time employee and compensation details Review Salary fitment for parity, process consistency Support administration of the LTI scheme
- Prepare proposals and or documentation related to discussions with Nomination and Remuneration Committee Develop and implement communication strategies to effectively convey compensation and benefits programs to employees.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants related to compensation and benefits programs.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and developments, and share knowledge with the team to enhance overall HR capabilities.
Annual HR Budgeting Process :
- Facilitate the annual HR budgeting process across all locations, ensuring adequate financial resources for implementing HR policies, processes, and activities.
- Track manpower cost against current and previous budgets
- Identify deviations, seek clarifications from relevant departments and have an internal review and reporting mechanism
