Compensation & Benefits - Retail

We are looking for Manager Compensation and Benefits for our esteemed client - A top MNC Retail to be based out of their corporate headquarters in Bangalore. The person shall -

- Design, review and implement Compensation and Benefits (C and B) policies and programs.

- Participate in market survey, conduct benchmarking and analysis of C and B practices.

- Manage compensation exercises including salary reviews and performance management.

- Monitoring the organization’s salary structure and benefits provision to ensure a balance between control of costs and attracting and retaining staff;

We are looking at -

- MBA from premier institutes only.

- 4-5 yrs experience (min 2 ys in C&B) OR 2.5 yrs experience in hardcore C&B role

- Must have good exposure to salary benchmarking, Reward and Recognition programs.

- Strategic role
