Job Description - As the Manager for Compensation & Benefits, you will be reporting into the Sr. Manager and responsible for:
- Lead the C&B program on an ongoing program for multiple BUs
- Drive job evaluations and adjustments based on market knowledge and different business situations
- Partner with the business leadership and HR leadership to impact business
- Play the role of a consultant with senior stakeholders across geographies
- Strategise for the business as well as the employees in terms of effective incentive plans
- Manage multiple C&B projects (audits, re-organization, M&A etc.)
The Successful Candidate - As a successful candidate, you carry 5-7 years of experience "“ ideally a specialist in C&B throughout your professional experience. You have a proven track record of understanding different cultures and adapting the solutions according to the same while partnering with the business simultaneously. A thorough understanding of compensation in multiple aspects like incentive plans, sales compensation plans and reward and recognition programs is a top priority. While ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously is a must, exposure to a sales driven organisation is a huge plus.
