Compensation & Benefit:
- Manage a broad spectrum of various C&B activities like Compensation, Vendor Management, Salary Benchmarking, Industry practices in C&B area, new Compensation initiatives, design new Benefit policies, handle end to end compensation programs (from strategy to implementation)
- Able to Manage Compensation Programs like Salary Reviews, Annual bonus, Promotions
- Local & Expat Offer fitments related to mobility of expats
Performance Management System:
- Restructuring of current PMS system
- Review cycle, appraisal judgment, Internal Parity Reviews
Organizational Development:
- Planning and implementation of various OD interventions
