Qualification: Full time MBA ( Batch (2001- 2003)
Experience: 8 – 10 years post qualification
Geographical Diversity: National
Location: Chandigarh
Role:
- Drive and lead all compensation and benefits benchmarking initiatives undertaken in the regions assigned.
- Manage the entire salary and manpower budgeting for all employee levels for the regions assigned.
- Lead company compliance with all existing labor, legal, and government reporting requirements focused on compensation and benefits.
- Prepare all headcount and personnel cost reports, budgets, forecasts and analyses, working closely with the relevant Finance team members.
