- Leading a team of 2-4 executives.
- Overall planning of compensation – Budgeting/ forecasting, program manage compensation planning for Compensation in India and ensuring inputs to relevant finance teams to build rate cards
- Designs pieces of complex compensation programs, resulting in significant and long term changes to the company’s compensation offerings and policies
- Serves as an SME and advisor to HR and recruitment teams as needed in aspects of compensation design, planning and administration processes
- Analyze performance metrics. Identify trends, data analysis and potential areas of non-compliance with legal requirements
- Drives resolution of compensation issues, and refinement of the Market Intelligence processes.
- Alignment of compensation & benefit strategy with the global/ local business priorities.

Desired Skills & Experience
- Qualification: MBA in HR from Premier B School
- Experience: 10yrs
- Experience with a global, multi-cultural, virtual work environment
- Knowledge of compensation design and implementation (e.g. base pay, variable pay, benefits, perquisites, etc)
- Knowledge of country labor laws impacting rewards.
