- Keen understanding of C&B planning, Salary program modeling is a pre-requisite
- Understanding of key business issues that drive policies and initiatives
- Constantly knowledge upgrade of statutory norms and industry practices and benchmarks
- Ability to identify opportunity areas for org-wide C&B and related HR policies and processes
- Experience of driving change after evaluating effectiveness of org structures and overall compensation, including incentives
- Hands-on experience of designing of compensation plans, organization structuring
- Experience of managing leadership and understanding their perspective on C&B programs
