Position Title: Manager C & B
Experience:8-12 Years Years
Location: Pune
Reporting To: Director HR
Responsibilities:
- Proven expert knowledge in compensation and benefits functions; initiates and leads design and implementation of a competitive compensation and benefits policy
- Makes proposals to Senior Management & Corporate Compensation & Benefits regarding implications of proposed compensation & benefits plans
- Regularly interacts with executive level management (internal and external); handles extremely controversial situations, customer/client negotiations or influences.
- Consult with and provide expert advice to managers/HR Business Partners on Compensation and Benefits issues
- Ensure constant monitoring, evaluating and benchmarking of Compensation and Benefits policies and practices to maintain competitiveness.
- Conduct salary surveys and liaise with the survey providers throughout the year for updates and additional information

Note: Position is include Global C & B function.
