Job Description

Our client has presence in India (major), Singapore and USA with total man power of 1900+ people. They are rapidly growing at international level.

Compensation & Benefits Roles and Responsibilities:

- Restructuring compensation & Benefits including Market Bench marking, Budgeting & Impact Analysis

- Spearheading bench marking exercises for all businesses to ensure competitiveness with market and design relevant Compensation programs.

- To lead Compensation Surveys, understand and interpret its results.

- Design and administer overall Benefit plans including life, accident and health insurance coverage, retirement and pension plans, along with annual Insurance renewals.

- Constantly review general Compensation and Benefits market trends, internal and external salary relationships, economic indices and other pertinent sources required to develop appropriate total salary program parameters and advice Compensation policy changes for senior management review.

- Review operations of Compensation and Benefits policies and procedures to ensure local and global compliance.

- Monitor and streamline Benefits expenses and plan budgets for benefits with a robust tracking mechanism.

- Understand compensation trends within & across industry and gather, maintain & update the same.

- Use relevant data and benchmarks to review and make appropriate recommendations.

- Maintaining professional knowledge of future trends, developments and legislation in the compensation field.

- Designing the compensation structure of the new incumbents and the existing staff as part of the annual appraisal exercise.

- Coordinate Annual Merit salary review exercise – Appraisal and Salary corrections.
