An opportunity with one of the leading MNC's
The opportunity would be based in Bangalore
The requirements are as follows
Ideal candidate would have:
- At least 5 - 8 years prior experience in developing and implementing sales compensation strategies, preferably in an IT- or IT Services-related industry
- Degree in Finance, HR, Business or other relevant subject area, or equivalent experience preferred
- Strong executive-level communication and collaboration skills, with ability to develop and effectively articulate
business cases supporting a specific course of action
- Proven track record of setting a strategy, and delivering results against the strategy
- Strong analytics and strategic assessment skills required
- Experience with database/reporting tools strongly preferred
- Prior experience in Sales and/or Sales Support desired, especially on a global scale.
- Confidence operating in an ambiguous environment; must be a self-starter
