Job Description - ions
- You must monitor salary structures, balancing staffing needs with cost controls, and ensuring that policies, procedures and programs are in alignment with the organization's overall strategic objectives and HR vision
- You must evaluate competitor compensation and benefits packages, creating policies and procedures, monitoring the payroll interface to ensure compliance and data integrity, and managing third-party HR vendor resources such as brokers and consultants
The Successful Candidate - You must have at least 5-10 years of relevant work experience preferably in the Healthcare/Pharma sector in a similar role. An MBA from a tier I institute is mandatory. Can quickly establish credibility and respect and build strong working relationships with CEO, BU Heads and department managers. Previously influenced senior managers, built strong commercial relationships and driven an HR strategy.You must have excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across levels and projects in a global environment
