You need to leverage your expertise to closely understand & manage client requirements, building relations.

Profile

- 3-6 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits with IT/Tech companies



- An MBA from Tier 1/2 institute is mandatory




- Strong analytical and solution oriented mindset




- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
