Main Responsibilities:
- Analyze Compensation and Benefits Trends to propose best C&B practice for APAC
- Compile and analyze various market remuneration surveys and benchmark
- Advise each country HR on Global and Regional C&B guidelines
- Prepare staff remuneration and benefits cost forecast and budget
- Support annual compensation review process
- Support in benefit and compensation processes and operations across the region
- Support other ad-hoc C&B projects
Required Skills:
- 3 to 10 yr + related experiences
- Master or Degree holder of Business, Finance, Statistics, or HR
- Solid knowledge of financial industry Comp & Ben topics
- Strong data analysis skills and numerical aptitude
- Excellent MS Office Skills
- Proactive, meticulous and with strong organization skills
- Ability to work under pressure and tough deadlines
