- To exercise internal and external benchmarking to analyze and collect market leading best practices.
- Provide insights and recommendations to HR and Total Rewards Head regarding non-standard / tailored compensation & benefits packages, based on research and data analysis.
- Provide insights to compensation & benefits strategy.
- Work on understanding the organizational structure & context to create relevant Salary Grids & new structures.
- Support with developing, managing, and delivering rewards-related training and communication.
- Manage and ensure compliance with corporate governance, compensation & benefit-related laws.
