1. Responsible for building the Rewards strategy for the organization
a. Ensuring compensation strategy is in line with the business needs and market realities
b. Understanding organization performance and creating a link with employee rewards. Designing long and short-term incentive plans to meet the needs of a changing workforce
2. Managing executive compensation, Reward policies, Job evaluation, grading exercises
3. Refinement of the Market Intelligence process through participation in benchmarking exercises, surveys & other market information
4. Employee Benefits Management - Design, revision, implementation, employee Communication and Administration of benefits
5. Ensuring legal compliance of compensation structure and rewards policy
6. Equip management with insights for future, based on HR analytics and market intelligence
7. Managing Payroll function & HR Compliances
8. Manging the entire PMS Circle & Central Projects any Central Project is given to you
