Job Description -
- Assists in the development of compensation philosophy, policies & procedures.
- Ensures compensation & benefits are in-line with the existing market and consistent with guidelines and government regulations.
- Designing & evaluating Bonus Schemes, variable pay components, Sales Compensation.
- Conduct analysis on internal & external compensation statistics, recommend, develop and implement appropriate employee compensation structure.
- Review, Recommend, Develop Salary Scales for different functions in line with Market practices.
- Evaluate existing & recommended compensation & benefits structure.
- Participates in reviews to monitor and maintain market positioning, and in market surveys.
- Assist in job evaluations and create/develop/ configure pay grades/structures.
- Merit Increments cycle/structure design & implementation
- Responsible for managing Merit increase cycle & promotion cycles.
- Develop, owns and maintains the compensation & benefits management system.
- Internal advisor on all projects/initiatives within compensation & benefits scope.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor/Master degree in Statistics, Mathematics, MIS, Economics, Master degree will be Big Plus
Minimum Experience:
Min 3 years experience preferably in FMCG
Job-Specific Skills:
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- High level of IT literacy and use of Microsoft office packages would be an advantage
- A proficiency in/experience using HR Information Systems (SAP) would be an advantage
