Compensation Analyst Manager


Purpose of Role :


Assist in the development, implementation and review of Compensation and Benefits programs globally by providing insightful analysis, technical and operational support to the C&B team and HR Analytics team

Scope: Global with regional coverage in the beginning

Key Responsibilities :

- Prepare compensation analysis and report under C&B team guidance for management review

- Develop and deliver C&B related reports and dashboards per agreed schedule.

- Provide technical support and initial analysis for pay structure design and review in Vistra offices globally

- Compile data for compensation market survey submission

- Support annual compensation review process through system set-up and other operational support

- Perform data audit periodically on compensation-related data in HRIS

- Create, review and update C&B analysis template for operational efficiency

- Monitor market trend and regulatory changes on C&B practice

Attributes/ Technical Skills :


- High accuracy, detail minded and well-organized with strong numerical and analytical skills

- Good working knowledge of MS Office, especially performing analysis in MS Excel (e.g. Pivot Tables and Formulas).

- Basic understanding of C&B theory and practice (e.g. Compensation Survey, Grading Structure, Pay Structure), HR-related processes (e.g. Annual Review Cycle)

- "Can-do" and willing-to-learn attitude

- Ability to manage and process sensitive and confidential data

- Flexible to work in a dynamic environment with shifting priority

- Good team player

- Good command of spoken and written English

Relevant Experience :

- Minimum 3 years of relevant C&B experience. Candidates with HR Analytics background who can demonstrate basic C&B knowledge will also be considered.

- Experience in Shared Service Centre environment with regional / global exposure preferred

- Knowledge in C&B market survey methodology (Willis Towers Watson or other data providers) and pay structure design is an additional advantage

- Knowledge in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation module is an additional advantage

Education/ Memberships :

- Bachelors degree in Business, Human Resources Management, Statistics or related subject
