Job Description:

As a Compensation Analyst Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the compensation analysis and management functions within the organization. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that the company's compensation programs are designed and implemented effectively to attract, retain, and motivate top talent.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain the company's compensation strategy:

- Conduct market research and analysis to ensure the company's compensation programs are competitive and aligned with industry standards.

- Collaborate with senior management and HR to develop a comprehensive compensation strategy that supports the organization's goals and objectives.

- Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in compensation and provide recommendations for improvement.

Manage compensation analysis and administration:

- Lead a team of compensation analysts in conducting job evaluations, market pricing, and benchmarking to determine appropriate salary ranges and compensation packages.

- Review and analyze compensation data to identify trends, outliers, and areas for improvement.

- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations related to compensation, including FLSA and pay equity guidelines.

- Develop and maintain compensation policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure consistency and transparency.

Provide expertise and guidance:

- Act as a subject matter expert on compensation matters and provide guidance to HR, managers, and employees on compensation-related issues.

- Advise on job classification, salary structures, incentive plans, and other compensation-related topics.

- Conduct salary surveys and participate in salary surveys conducted by external organizations to gather market data and ensure competitiveness.

Support compensation planning and performance management:

- Collaborate with HR and management to develop and implement annual compensation planning cycles, including merit increases, bonuses, and equity grants.

- Partner with HR and talent acquisition teams to evaluate and determine appropriate salary offers for new hires, promotions, and transfers.

- Work closely with performance management teams to ensure that compensation programs are effectively aligned with performance evaluation and recognition processes.

Drive compensation communication and education:

- Develop and deliver compensation-related training programs for HR, managers, and employees to enhance understanding of compensation philosophy, programs, and processes.

- Prepare and present compensation-related reports and presentations to senior management and other stakeholders.

- Communicate changes in compensation programs and policies to ensure transparency and understanding across the organization.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

- Proven experience as a Compensation Analyst or in a similar role, with demonstrated experience in compensation analysis, design, and administration.

- Strong knowledge of compensation principles, practices, and regulations.

- Proficiency in using compensation software and tools for market pricing, job evaluation, and data analysis.

- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret and present complex data effectively.

- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

- Demonstrated leadership and people management skills.

- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation is a plus.
