Roles and Responsibilities -
- HRBP will be responsible for regular employee connects to know the pulse of the floor. Activities will include one-one meetings, Skip Level meetings, Open House, Fun activities and other employee engagement activities.
- Handling queries and concern from employees end.
- HRBP will be a key contributor in providing valuable input to stakeholders on pulse of the floor, any grievance, retention strategies to minimize attrition.
- Handling exit cases, assisting in Performance Management, controlling attrition.
- Assisting in Developmental Programs designed for employee welfare.
- Assisting in Rewards & Recognition and other events organized by Organization.
- Driving employee engagement and recommend strategies.
- Driving Organizational values, policies, and culture.
- Handling disciplinary issues within the Organization.
- Assisting in IJPs and other movements of employees including Inter-Company movement.
- Assisting in Corporate Social Responsibility, Tournament held by Organization.
- Keeping a track of all HR activities and sending report to Management as required.
- Liaising with assigned business in Operations to plan, understand and discuss initiatives for employee management and performance.
- Coordinating the resolution of specific policy-related and procedural problems and inquiries to increase employee engagement level overall
- Providing advisory service to employees
- Counselling the employees on identified behavioral or performance issues to assist the employee in understanding the impact on performance & business objectives
- To execute HR procedures & maintain relevant reports to ensure Administrative Compliance: recording of minutes, exit interview, skip meeting, disciplinary actions, attrition analysis, compliance & employee records
Desired Candidate Profile :
- MBA from a premier Institute with 4- 9 years of work experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Candidate should be self - motivated and should be able to work in a dynamic work environment.
- Should have problem solving skills.
- Attention to details.
- Must be flexible with respect to work timings as required in a work from home scenario /office scenario
- Should hold high integrity.
