Roles Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive project plan for assigned initiatives (subset of total delivery portfolio) including detailed timelines, resource allocation & capacity management, and risk management strategies

- Lead and manage a team of diverse stakeholders, including business users, IT professionals, external consultants, and vendors.

- Facilitate clear communication and collaboration between all project stakeholders.

- Oversee all project phases, including requirement gathering, gap analysis, configuration, testing, training, deployment, and go-live.

- Manage project budget and ensure efficient resource utilization.

- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues proactively.

- Proactively identify change management needs and develop a comprehensive change management plan.

- Track project progress against established KPIs and report regularly to key stakeholders.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies.

- Document lessons learned and best practices for future projects.
