We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Management Lead to join our team at Compass Group India. As the Talent Management Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving our Talent & Succession programs, overseeing our Performance Development & Review (PDR) processes, and managing our talent building programs. This position requires strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for nurturing talent and driving organizational success.

Talent & Succession Programs:

- Lead the process ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

- Ensure successful completion of the Talent & Succession process for Unit Leadership, providing guidance and support where necessary.

- Develop Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for all eligible employees participating in the Talent & Succession process, facilitating their professional growth and development.

- Drive the High Potential High Performer (HPHP) Plan, including IDPs, Annual Learning Plans (ALPs), and Mentoring Programs, to identify and develop top talent within the organization.

- Provide support for Leadership Labs and Incentive Policies, ensuring alignment with talent development strategies.

Budget Management:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to create and manage the Talent Management budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to support talent development initiatives.

Key Skills and Attributes:

- Design Thinking: Ability to innovate and design talent management programs that meet the needs of the organization and its employees.

- Stakeholder Management: Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate talent management strategies and initiatives effectively.

- Policies Creation: Experience in developing talent management policies and procedures to support organizational goals.

- Process Efficiency & Digitalization: Proven track record in optimizing talent management processes through the use of technology and process improvement methodologies.

- Monitoring, Control & Enhancement: Ability to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of talent management programs and make enhancements as needed to drive organizational success.

PDR:

- Oversee the process adherence in the Performance Development & Review (PDR) process, ensuring consistency and fairness.

- Identify opportunities for process enhancement and continuous improvement in the PDR process.

- Include Unit Managers (UMs) and Facility Managers (FMs) in the PDR process, promoting a culture of accountability and development at all levels.

GT & KOT Program:

- Drive Campus Engagement initiatives to attract top talent for our Graduate Trainee (GT) and Key Operator Trainee (KOT) programs.

- Oversee program hiring, induction, and assessment processes, ensuring a seamless experience for program participants.
