We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Engagement Lead to join our team. As the Engagement Lead, you will be responsible for driving employee engagement initiatives, fostering a positive work culture, and leading reward and recognition programs across the organization. This role requires a creative thinker, strong communicator, and strategic leader who is committed to creating an engaging and rewarding workplace environment

Rewards & Recognition :

- Manage the Awards program to recognize and reward outstanding performance and contributions across the organization.

- Conduct regular process reviews and enhancements to ensure that the organization remains a fun and rewarding place to work.

- Lead the design and implementation of recognition programs ensuring alignment with organizational goals and values.

- Ensure smooth delivery of reward and recognition programs in regions and units, coordinating with local teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness.

- Drive reward and recognition initiatives at Anantam, including annual and regional events.

Budget Management:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to manage the engagement and reward and recognition budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources to support initiatives.

Key Skills and Attributes:

- Connect with the Units: Ability to build strong relationships and connect with employees at all levels through site visits and engagement activities.

- Design Thinking: Creative approach to designing and implementing engagement and recognition programs that resonate with employees and drive positive outcomes.

- Stakeholder Management: Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, HR teams, and employees.

- Policies Creation: Experience in developing engagement and recognition policies and procedures to support organizational goals and values.

- Process Efficiency & Digitalization: Proven track record in optimizing engagement and recognition processes through the use of technology and process improvement methodologies.

- Monitoring, Control & Enhancement: Ability to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of engagement and recognition initiatives and make enhancements as needed to drive employee satisfaction and organizational success.

Engagement:

- Lead the planning and execution of celebrations ensuring smooth delivery in regions and units.

- Design and facilitate Employee Townhall meetings to foster open communication and transparency within the organization.

- Develop and execute Leadership Connect sessions to provide employees with opportunities to engage directly with the Chief People Officer.

- Lead the planning and execution of Diwali Celebrations ensuring alignment with organizational values and objectives.

- Drive Employee Engagement Survey initiatives for Corporate India (CI), analyzing results and implementing action plans to improve employee satisfaction and engagement.

- Provide support for Great Place to Work (GPTW) certification initiatives, ensuring compliance with assessment criteria and driving continuous improvement in employee experience.

- Drive Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives to support the company's commitment to social and environmental responsibility.
