Key Accountabilities : Business Growth/New Lead Generation/Complete Individual Contributor role
KPIs/Measures:
- Under direction of Sales Head; responsible for implementing an aggressive sales plan and ensuring sales quotas are met and exceeded while surpassing client service expectations
- Seek and win profitable business contracts Country wide for Food Services business for large manufacturing accounts
- Ensure that Compass's budgeted/targeted revenues and GOPs are achieved
Internal:
- Represent Compass at all times in a professional and ethical manner
- Provide written reports on sales progress and other statistical analyses on a calendar month basis.
- Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
- Work with the Sales Head and Regional Sales Team to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet quarterly revenue goals.
- Client Relationship Management
KPIs/Measures:
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with new manufacturing clients for future referral
- Follow up with clients, arrange site visits, meetings and take other action as is necessary to secure the sale within a reasonable timeframe
- Prepare Letter Of Intent, Proposals and Tenders in accordance with client and company requirements
- Prepare necessary "opening advice" forms and ensure a signed legal contract is obtained from the client prior to opening the site, at the earliest
- Networking with existing customers in order to maintain links.
- Providing support to customers and offering clear advice and solutions wherever possible;
- Contributing to team or progress meetings to update and inform colleagues.
- Demonstrates a true passion for customer service by proactively seeking ways to delight clients and going above and beyond.
- Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards.

Personal Attributes:
- Top B school MBA preferred
- Go Getter & Sales Cycle knowledge is a must
- 5-7 Years Relevant B2B experience in Manufacturing /Food service set up
- Strong Client Management experience
- Essential industry experience- Manufacturing, Food, QSR, Food & Beverages
