Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven professional to lead and optimize our Human Resources Shared Services (HRSS) function. This role will involve managing and enhancing our HR operations with a strong focus on leveraging data analytics, dashboards, and Management Information Systems (MIS) to drive business performance. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR processes, data management, and be highly skilled in deriving insights to support decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic HRSS Leadership: Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the HR Shared Services team to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery across the organization.
- MIS and Reporting: Develop, maintain, and monitor Management Information Systems (MIS) to track and report on HR service delivery metrics. Design, implement, and update dashboards to provide real-time insights for senior leadership on key HR performance indicators.
- Data Analytics: Utilize data analytics to analyse trends in employee data, performance metrics, and service delivery. Provide actionable insights to improve HR processes, resource allocation, and overall business efficiency.
- Process Optimization: Identify areas for process improvement in HR service delivery. Lead initiatives to streamline operations using automation, improved data insights, and innovative HR technologies.
- Employee Data Management: Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of employee data in compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Ensure data integrity and consistency across all systems.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with HR business partners and department heads to understand business needs and provide actionable recommendations based on data insights.
- Team Management and Development: Lead a team of HR professionals in Shared Services, providing guidance, mentorship, and development opportunities. Ensure the team is equipped to meet evolving business needs through training and upskilling.
- Project Management: Lead HR-related projects and initiatives that require data analytics, MIS, and dashboard expertise, ensuring alignment with overall HR strategy.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest trends in HR technology, data analytics, and MIS systems. Propose innovative solutions to enhance HR service delivery and provide measurable results.
