Regional HR - Mumbai
Compass Group is the largest B2B contract food & support service company in the world with FY22 revenue at GBP 30 Billion, servicing 5.5 Billion meals per year across 40 countries and 55,000 client locations.
We are looking for Regional HR based out of Mumbai to drive recruitment and the best HR practices across the region.
Role summary:
It is a business leadership role which drive all People sub threads - Recruitments, HR Operations, Diversity, Engagement & Talent Management.
Key responsibility areas:
- Delivery Business Results through people metrics
- Manage Manpower/Labour Cost within the business through controls, alternate labour models (Flex labours, part timers etc.)
- Recruitment strategies (New Sites & Backfills) to hire talent across levels within TAT & Budget
- Plan Local hiring strategies for quick turn around
- Drive performance culture within the teams
- Handhold the key talent programs and decisions
- Facilitate the talent marketplace and succession management initiatives in the region (across levels)
- Drive Retention Strategies across the talent groups
- Drive the Rewards and Recognition culture within the Region
- Drive the D&I Pillars within the region
- Monitor key employee lifecycle elements and ensure key people process compliance
Must have :
- Master's degree in HR
- 8+ years in HR with 3+ experience in HR Business partnering role
- Experienced in blue collared recruitments
- Working knowledge of Labour Laws, Compliance & Payroll
- Comfortable with data, analytics
