Job Responsibilities :

- Maintaining Manpower Requisitions Update.

- Monitor and drive recruitment costs and efficiency

- Managing / tracking all recruitments from initiation of search to formal offer

- Manage participation in recruitment related events to identify talent and to create brand awareness

- Successful roll out of Internal sourcing policy, implement a practice of filling all the critical position through internal movements

- Working with the team, develop specific criteria for each search and co-ordinate the total recruiting project ensuring timely action, cost effective strategies, and a professional and positive contact for all candidates.

- Work with external recruiters, industry associations, national publications and other sources to develop candidates

- Identify and evangelize new technology and channels in the recruitment space

- Ensure that open demands are closed within stipulated time and cost

- Conduct interviews for all above unit, executive level position.

- Provide inputs on market data for compensation bench marking, manpower projection etc.

- Liaise with hiring managers to gain full understanding of job specifications

- Maintain a very cost-effective and efficient sourcing mix between direct hiring, referrals and vendors. Engaging other sourcing strategies like head hunting, social media, websites and portals

- Processing of offers, salary negotiation, appointment letters, reference checks and pre-employment formalities.

- Manage and own the touch point process with candidate under offer and throughout the hiring process in order to provide real time metrics and reports

Education & Experience :

- Post-graduation in Human Resource

- Experience of min - 5-6 years

- Exposure to Talent acquisition function in a large organisation

- Experience in volume hiring / niche hiring

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

- Strategic Thinking

- High degree of personal credibility and integrity

- Ability to work in large cross functional teams

- Adaptability

- Inter-personal skills

- Good communication skills
