Responsibilities:


- Leading, directing and overseeing the CGI E&I programme implementation and workplan;

- Supporting with strategic inquiries and policy reviews including in response to updated regulatory guidance or applicable laws;

- In collaboration with other CGI colleagues and the Group E&I Team, ensure all core eLearning training and annual compliance certifications are assigned and completed;

- Providing guidance and training to CGI management and colleagues on E&I matters;

- Proactively identifying compliance related risks, resolving ethical and compliance-related issues and ensuring remediation actions plans are established, tracked and implemented;

- Supporting the Legal Director, Finance Director, Regional General Counsel, Group E&I Team or Audit conducting and overseeing monitoring activities (including risk and compliance health checks and high[er] risk transactions or engagements) to provide assurance over the effectiveness of the E&I and Data Privacy programmes;

- Participating in bi-annual major risk assessment processes in relation to business integrity risks, E&I Committees or other governance forums;

- Supporting with or advising on integrity due diligence;

- Through strong business partnership, develop relationships with key stakeholder's and maintain a network of E&I ambassadors in business sectors and functions to extend the reach and impact of E&I activities;

- Promoting a culture of integrity and Speak Up by having open, honest, and on-going communication with business management and stakeholders;

- Assess, triage and follow up on reports received via the local Speak Up channel and support, as required, on the investigation of integrity related reports received through global Speak Up, We're Listening programme;

- Ensuring efficient and effective follow-up and close out of agreed recommendations and preventative actions identified in monitoring activities or investigations;

- Cascading lessons learned and integrity insights to business leaders and colleagues;

- Lead, manage and/or support across other E&I projects, priorities, and initiatives, as required; and

- Adhering to approved budgets and plans.

To be considered for this position it is essential that you have:

- A commitment to the safety of yourself and your colleagues;

- A degree (or similar professional qualification) in the field of Legal, Finance, Compliance, Auditing and/or Risk;

- 7+ years' corporate and/or consulting experience in ethics and compliance positions and/or control function roles;

- Expertise and skills in forensic accountancy, business integrity auditing, whistleblowing and/or investigations is advantageous;

- A strong understanding of business integrity risk management and control environments (including key financial and integrity controls) in particular in relation to mitigating: ABC, AML, sanctions, anti-competitive behaviour and other financial crimes;

- Significant experience in relation to contributing to the design, development and implementation of compliance programmes and key control frameworks;

- Experience in understanding, interpreting and translating regulatory frameworks and guidance into business friendly policies, procedures and working protocols;

- Systems proficient and ability to engage, brief and advise senior and executive management and provide concise and meaningful feedback from reviews, deep-dives and other assurance activities;

- A willingness to travel as and when required;

- Natural leader who is a self-starter and thrives working in a One team environment;

- Exemplary and unquestionable personal integrity;

- Excellent active listening and communication skills;

- Inclusive and flexible style with an openness to receive and provide feedback;

- Excellent analytical skills, with significant attention to detail;

- Ability to work collaboratively with others at all levels within the organisation, to manage conflicts and conduct difficult discussions and close matters in a timely manner;

- Strong work ethics and the ability to multitask; and

- Good English language and presentation skills;
