- We are looking for TA Lead to take care of our Frontline Staff for Facility Management Business based out of Gurgaon.

Job Role :

- Frontline Hiring / Management Hiring through Recruitment Process automation.

- Leading the resource network Strategy framework to streamline the engagement strategy with NGOs, SDAs etc and deploying at Branches.

- Onboard and manage vendor empanelment as a source of recruitment.

- Establishing strategic connections with local bodies, NGOs, training partners, SDAs, local colleges to create a roadmap for immediate fulfilling of bulk hiring needs as per business requirements (chefs, pantry boys, utility staffs, housekeepers, GDAs, stewards etc).

- Driving Internal job movement opportunities at frontline and Exec & above for unit recruitment strategy, career growth & upskilling.

- Act as an ambassador and lay out the employer value proposition to attract frontline talent outside the company.

- Deliver innovative options to make talent availability sustainable & continuous for both Executive and above and frontline.

- Work with HR Business Partners to understand talent gaps in frontline positions and build internal and external sourcing strategies.

Must Have :

- Strong Talent Acquisition Background with strong hold on Blue collared Hiring.
